Our family at Hannigan Smith values the health and safety of the families we serve and that of our employees. In this, we want to reassure our families and guests that we are taking unprecedented steps to protect everyone that passes through our doors. In response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, we have taken certain precautionary measures to help mitigate the spread of the virus by:
- Conducting enhanced cleaning procedures, while increasing the frequency of sanitizing, in line with recommendations from the CDC.
- Offering phone, email or video conferencing to meet the needs of families and guests.
- Utilizing online document transfers with secure electronic signatures.
- Adjusting services and number of guests in attendance according to the directives of federal, state and local authorities.
We will continue to guide families, as we always have, in ways they can meaningfully commemorate the life of their loved one by:
- Offering live streaming services so loved ones, especially those at heightened health risk, can participate virtually in real time.
- Recording private services and sharing the recording selectively with member of the community.
- Continuing to post obituaries to our website, where online condolences and photographic memories can be left for those who are unable to attend services.
We remain committed to the health and well-being of the communities we are privileged to serve. We have provided links to a few helpful resources on the bottom of this page. We also would love to answer any questions or concerns you may have and have provided a link below to our email.
